C-41 Schematic/Preliminary (Phase I & II) Plans and Specifications for Elementary Schools "W" and "R" (Revised)

Issue/Rationale

Each phase or combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval. School Board approval is required in order to move to the next phase and/or submit to the Building Department for plan review and approval. The plans have received staff review and are complete to Schematic/Preliminary (Phase I & II) stage. The Plans and Specifications are on file within the Facility Planning and Construction Department.

Recommended Action

Approve the Schematic/Preliminary (Phase I & II) Plans and Specifications.

Financial Impact

The District’s construction cost estimate is $16,000,000.00.
